Dr. Stacy Hieb
Dr. Stacy Hieb completed her undergraduate schooling at the University of South Dakota where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry. She furthered her education obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry from the Ohio State University College of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry for 23 years and has been with One Hour Optical the whole time! Dr. Hieb became an optometrist because she had such a good optometrist growing up. “I love being an eye doctor! The best part of my job is forming relationships with patients, many of them lasting a couple of decades.”
Dr. Michael Kruglet
Dr. Michael Kruglet completed his undergraduate schooling at the Creighton University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Salus University within the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has been practicing optometry for 9 years and started with One Hour Optical in September 2019. Dr. Kruglet became an optometrist because he wanted to help his patients see clearer today than he or she saw yesterday. Outside of work, Dr. Kruglet enjoys scuba diving, fly fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Aaron LaHoud
Dr. Aaron LaHoud completed his undergraduate education at Minnesota State University Mankato where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Chemistry. He continued his education obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. He has been practicing for 6 years and has been with One Hour Optical since June 2015. Dr. LaHoud enjoys helping others see their fullest potential and educating patients on ways to preserve their vision.
Dr. Emily Lemburg
Dr. Emily Lemburg completed her undergraduate schooling at Iowa State University where she earned a bachelor’s Degree in biology. She furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry from Illinois college of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry since 2015 and has been with One Hour Optical since 2015. Dr. Lemburg became an optometrist because she wanted to interact with people while making a difference. “I enjoy being an optometrist because I get to know everyone and grow with them and their families.”
Dr. Magy Tepliz
Dr. Magy Tepliz completed her undergraduate schooling at Boston University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus on Pre-Optometry. She furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Tepliz has been practicing since 2017 and joined One Hour Optical in 2019. She always knew that she wanted to go to medical school.
After hearing a local ophthalmologist share a story about bringing a patient over from Ghana to help him see for the first time in twenty years – she was hooked. That story spoke to her and she decided to go to optometry school. Dr. Telpiz enjoys being able to help improve patients’ vision to enhance their overall quality of life and educating them on their eye health. When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Tepliz enjoys taking her dog on walks and going on hikes in Golden or Boulder with her boyfriend. She also loves to do yoga and paint.
Dr. Timothy Whitmire
Dr. Timothy Whitmire completed his undergraduate education at Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has been practicing for 5 years and has been with One Hour Optical for four years. Dr. Whitmire loves the field of Optometry because it allows him to give each patient their own, unique world view.
