Dr. Scott Dobson
Dr. Dobson has been practicing optometry since 1999, and his field of interest is in toric contact lens fitting. When asked what he likes most about being an Optometrist, Dr. Dobson said he enjoys improving people’s lives by helping to provide them with clear vision.
Dr. Stacy Hieb
Dr. Stacy Hieb completed her undergraduate schooling at the University of South Dakota where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry. She furthered her education obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry from the Ohio State University College of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry for 23 years and has been with One Hour Optical the whole time! Dr. Hieb became an optometrist because she had such a good optometrist growing up. “I love being an eye doctor! The best part of my job is forming relationships with patients, many of them lasting a couple of decades.”
Dr. Michael Kruglet
Dr. Michael Kruglet completed his undergraduate schooling at the Creighton University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Salus University within the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has been practicing optometry for 9 years and started with One Hour Optical in September 2019. Dr. Kruglet became an optometrist because he wanted to help his patients see clearer today than he or she saw yesterday. Outside of work, Dr. Kruglet enjoys scuba diving, fly fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Aaron LaHoud
Dr. Aaron LaHoud completed his undergraduate education at Minnesota State University Mankato where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Michael Morovati
Dr. Michael Morovati received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2003. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Troy University.
Working on night-vision technology for helicopter pilots helped develop Dr. Morovati’s interest in the science of vision. Dr. Morovati took that interest and turned it into a long and successful career in optometry, which he has been practicing since 2003.
One of the most rewarding parts of being an Optometrist, as explained by Dr. Morovati, is seeing the smile on his patients’ faces after picking up their glasses for the first time.
Dr. Timothy Whitmire
Dr. Timothy Whitmire completed his undergraduate education at Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has been practicing for 5 years and has been with One Hour Optical for four years.
